I started my first content business, Venus, in my college dorm room, and built it into an internationally distributed publication. After coming of age with the magazine and building a team of creative superstars, I sold the company to a larger publisher.

After Venus, I moved to New York and rebuilt my career at HarperCollins Digital, Etsy, West Elm, and marketing agencies for clients including Bloomberg, NBC Universal, HBO, La Praire, and Levi’s.

After New York, I entered the Bay Area tech scene and worked for Minted, Abstract (design SaaS acquired by Adobe), Writer, Fable.co, Atlassian, and Unusual Ventures.

Now with more than 20 years experience as a content leader, writer-editor, and SEO expert, I’m applying everything I’ve learned into Contentpreneur, my content marketing shop.
